For Patients living with HIV/AIDS
Patient must be actively receiving medical care by the Ryan White Part B program.

Referral Procedures
Patients Living with HIV/AIDS
- A dental referral must be sent by the patient’s doctor and must be properly filled in. Referrals must contain labs no older than 6 months
- Patients receiving medical care from a Part B provider schedule their own appointments.
